About me…

I’m an organisational consultant, writer and coach specialising in supporting teams and individuals to gain clarity on their goals, values and ideas. I help people to reach their personal and organisational potential, using empathy, creativity and collective hope.

My work is inspired by and draws on ideas from (neuro)divergent models of applied thinking, trauma-informed principles, non-profit best practices, design-thinking, somatic coaching, biomimicry and speculative fiction. 

Projects I’ve worked on include facilitating the development of research, creative programmes, business models and organisational transformation, for cultural institutions, grant makers, grassroots charities, universities and think tanks. 

I also work with independent artists to evolve their practice sustainably, centring their values, creative vision and wellbeing.

I sometimes work in interim leadership roles, alongside serving as a non-executive director and/or trustee to organisations and charities at the start of their journey, or during a pivot into a new direction.

Taking a holistic view of what you do, what works well and where you face challenges, I work across multiple scales to provide a review of your business model, help you to revisit your vision and to identify strategies for change and growth using varied models of organisational design.

Fundraising and Evaluation

Sometimes you need another pair of hands to support your fundraising goals or to evaluate funded projects. I can devise funding strategies through to drafting specific bids; design and build evaluation frameworks, Logic Chains and Theories of Change or help you to write about a specific impact more clearly.
